Abstract

User experience librarians and departments are a fantasy for smaller libraries including most in the Private Academic Library Network of Indiana (PALNI). By leveraging existing relationships, utilizing changes in library systems and staffing, and picking up a few cardigans, PALNI studies library user experience with a collaborative usability testing model.
