Learning Objectives

Following this session attendees will be able to identify opportunities for user experience design projects at their libraries., Following this session attendees will be able to facilitate user testing in their library., Following this session attendees will be able to apply user research data to all areas of their library.


This presentation will detail the user experience research undertaken by two large university libraries during a library website redesign process. The presenters will discuss the data collected, and the myriad ways this data has been implemented in decision making throughout the library.
