Session Abstract
As part of whole school change, one urban elementary school took a close look at values and indicators in teaching English Language Learners. Asking, "Where do our planning prioirites lie?" Through honest reflection, they turned the tables oneffective instruction by planning for ELLs first rather than as an add on.
