Abstract
Dare to be different by pushing the limit to become a true comprehensive counseling program that impacts student achievement. This session will give specific examples and steps of how your school can change the "face" of your program to get real buy-in from staff, administration, and students. Counselors will learn how to use data to restructure their program, make it student-focused, and implement creative programming to effect change at their school.
