Many institutions struggle with the challenge of achieving diversity in the absence of Affirmative Action. UF's Office of Admissions conducted a pilot for scholarship review using the Applications Quest tool, producing holistically diverse recommendations in a fraction of the time with the same academic achievement levels as a multi-person committee.
